This is an 8-week course running on Wednesdays from September 13th-November 1st 5:30-6:45 PM (the first session will be 90 minutes). Each week you will learn new mindfulness practices, have time to ask questions and share your progress with the group, and have worksheets and recorded guided meditations to help guide you in the days between class. Examples of mindfulness exercises include eating meditation, body scan meditation, mindful breathing, mindful movement, walking meditation, and more. We’ll also be using worksheets to track moods and thoughts and set up a system to prevent difficult moods from getting worse. This course is designed to set you up for success so that after 8 weeks you feel confident in your ability to keep up a daily mindfulness practice.


Repose Studio has a 24-hour late cancellation policy. Participants who no-show or who cancel within 24 hours of their booked class time will be responsible for a $25 fee. Studio classes can be booked up to 1 hour before class time. In accordance with our cancellation policy, clients are responsible for full payment of any group therapy workshop or individual therapy sessions not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of a scheduled session start time. If you purchased a session package, a no-show or late cancellation will count as one used session. Events and workshops are subject to their own cancellation policies.
